Raycor Office Equipment provides the standard manufacturers warranty which vary depending on the company. The warranty will be listed with the item(s) you are purchasing.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all equipment if it is returned in it's original state and packaging. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable. Raycor Office Equipment must be contacted to issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number and to suggest the best means of returning the equipment. A 15% restocking fee may apply. This will be assessed on an individual basis. To request an RMA please call 250-598-7257 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns must display the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Damaged and/or missing equipment/parts may result in higher restocking fees.
RMAs are valid only during 30 days from the order date.
The persons or company returning the goods are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and assume all risk of loss or damage to the equipment while in transit to Raycor Office Equipment.
If you return merchandise to Raycor Office Equipment without following the proper procedures listed above Raycor Office Equipment retains the right to refuse delivery or charge a higher restocking fee.
